1. No Refunds

• Once a payment is made for any subscription, service, or feature within the GyaanPlus app, it is non-refundable.

• We do not offer partial or full refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Discontinuation of the app by the user.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Non-usage of services after payment.

2. No Cancellations

• Once a user subscribes or makes a payment, cancellation is not possible.

• Subscription fees or payments made are final and non-reversible.

3. Exceptions

• In case of accidental duplicate payments, users may contact us at contact@ambicalabs.com within 48 hours of payment with proof of transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed at our discretion.

• If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from the user’s account, they may contact us with transaction details for resolution.
